When the right applicants
aren’t coming through.

The right people. A clear message. An easy next step. We build the ad and landing page around that goal.

A CAMPAIGN IN PRACTICE

From a video ad
to a real conversation.

For financial-adviser projects, I brought together video ads, landing pages and Facebook campaigns. Each part gave interested people a clear route to enquire.

  • A message shaped around the audience
  • Video ads and landing pages that work together
  • Campaign management focused on enquiry quality

Result

Genuine interest in financial advice — ready for a personal conversation.

Where your audience is.

A video shoot is not required. Depending on your audience and goal, we can use image ads, video ads or Google Search text ads that appear when people search for relevant services. We choose the format and channels around your offer and budget. My hands-on campaign experience is in Facebook ads management.

Facebook

Bring local offers and open roles into view with relevant ads.

Instagram

Use images and short videos to show your offer or life in your team.

Google Search

Reach people already looking for your service or a role like yours.

YouTube

Use video to introduce your offer or show what it is like to work with you.

Clicks are a signal.
Customers are the goal.

What matters is what a new project earns after your direct costs. That helps us assess what you can afford to spend on winning a customer.

IMAGINE A RENOVATION BUSINESS

Each project leaves €2,000 after materials, labour and other direct project costs. Here is an illustrative calculation:

€500monthly ad spend
10suitable enquiries at €50 each
2projects at a 20% conversion rate
€4,000from two projects after direct project costs

After €500 in ad spend, that leaves €3,500 before campaign setup, management and other business overheads. Ad cost per project won: €250.

Hypothetical assumptions, not industry averages or a forecast. For your campaign, we work with your offer, costs and a conversion rate we can check against recorded results.

A few useful questions.

What counts as a qualified enquiry?

An enquiry from someone whose needs fit your offer. Before launch, we agree how to recognise that fit — for example by service, location and timing.

When can a recruitment campaign help?

If referrals and job listings bring too few suitable applicants, a campaign can create additional visibility — including among people who are not actively looking. An attractive role, genuine reasons to move and prompt replies matter. We first review the role, location and channels you already use. Suitable applications and conversations matter more than clicks.

Is a campaign a good fit for my business?

When you have room for new customers, can respond promptly and earn enough from each sale to cover advertising and campaign management. In our first conversation, we look at your offer, costs and how you currently win customers.

Do I need a large budget?

We plan a test budget around your offer and market. Ad spend, creative and management are clearly separated, so you know the costs before we start.

Do I need a new website?

Often a focused landing page or an improvement to your existing site is enough. The ad and page need to work together and make contacting you easy.

What results can I expect?

You get visibility into spend, enquiries and recorded sales. That helps us see what works and adjust the campaign. A fixed number of leads or sales cannot be promised upfront; your offer, market and follow-up all influence the result.

Local understanding.
Campaigns built around your market.

Based in Mil Palmeras, Pilar de la Horadada, I work with businesses on the southern Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida — including Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja, San Pedro del Pinatar and San Javier. Campaigns can focus on a local catchment or a wider market, depending on your offer.

Planning and communication in English or German. The campaign language is agreed around your customers.
